Please be aware there have been some changes to the program for the events that will be occuring this Sunday the 1st of October at the Stockyard Arena.

Due to some questions and concerns we have changed the following:

50cc- 80cc will now be ran as Minibikes for children under 9 years.
80cc-125cc has been changed to 80cc-230cc for children under 16.
Seniors will be 16years and over.

Anyone riding a bigger bike then what is allocated to their age group will need to ride in the appropriate cetegory.
Anyone on a bike that the commitee deam unsafe for them to ride will be asked to find a different bike,

Horse groups are as follows:
Led/assisted rider under 9,
Juniors under 16,
Seniors16 and over.

NOTE: Junior riders who wish to be assisted are able to be assisted by an adult (18+)

The feature event is a horses and motorbike texas barrel race. PLEASE do not enter this event if your horse is not confident or confortable being next to a bike. Competitors must allocate their partner, teams will consist of 1 horse and 1 motorbike.

PLEASE NOTE that there will be rules and they will be enforced on the day. failure to comply with these rules will see you disqualified. These rules have been put in place to ensure the safety of all who attend the event.

Rules will be explained on the day and will be availble for you to read. at the canteen area.

The above changes have been made to help us ensure the safety of all who attend the event. The SAA commitee reserve the right to change or alter the events on the day if they require.

The camp grounds will be open Friday afternoon, Nominationswill be taken from 4pm Saturday and 7am Sunday.

The arena will be locked on Saturday afternoon once the arena has been set up. NO ONE is to enter the arena until they have signed their Insurance form.
